Billy Heim, an engineer by training and an entrepreneur by practice, thrives on cutting edge science and commercialization. Early in his engineering studies, he recognized a void between science and business and was driven to bridge that gap to share more technologies with the world. To that end, he has immersed himself in biotech startups since completing his MBA at Tulane University in 2012 and has worked with numerous startups as both employee and consultant. Billy works to support BioAesthetics’ inventions by focusing on the business aspects of the company including operations, finance, and management while also leading the company in scientific thinking. He earned his BS in biomedical engineering at Tulane University and his MS in mechanical engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
